A degree in Marketing or Business-related discipline & minimum of 4 years cognate experience in Sales & Marketing of Petroleum & Energy products.

Critical Skills & Competencies:

A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with a minimum of 8 years cognate experience in finance or banking industry. Relevant professional qualification or Master’s degree is required.

Critical Skills & Competencies:

  • Financial Analysis & Modelling; Tax Management; Accounting Information System; Billing & Receivable
  • Management Budgeting; Budget Control & Management Accounting.

A degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with a minimum of 5 years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a tech or product-driven environment. Relevant certifications in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) or a Master’s degree is an added advantage.

Critical Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in wireframing prototyping and user interface design tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Strong visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.

A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with a minimum of 5 years proven experience in operations within the banking/financial services industry. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.

A degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with at least 3–5 years relevant experience in deposit operations. Professional banking certifications will be an added advantage.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail in transaction processing.
  • Customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in banking software and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA is required.

Critical Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in financial reporting budgeting and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Competence in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 4–6 years experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud infrastructure management. Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker, or Kubernetes are an added advantage.

Critical Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines automation
  • and deployment strategies.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform Ansible or similar).
  • Strong scripting skills (Python Bash or Shell).
  • Ability to monitor troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Collaboration skills for working closely with developers QA and IT operations.

A degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field with a minimum of 4–6 years proven experience in mobile and backend development. Strong expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter or React Native, with solid backend experience in Java, PHP, and Node.js. A Master’s degree, relevant professional certifications and and prior experience in the financial sector will be an added advantage.

Critical Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Flutter or React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
  • Strong backend development skills using Java PHP and Node.js.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs GraphQL and real-time data handling.
  • Database design and management (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of state management solutions (Bloc Provider Redux Context API
  • etc.).
  • Strong understanding of authentication security and encryption in financial applications.
  • Ability to integrate third-party APIs payment gateways and cloud services.
  • Proficiency in deploying apps on Google Play Store Apple App Store and backend services on cloud platforms.
  • Excellent debugging testing and performance optimization skills.
